For help with EyeThink or Excelerator software, check EyeThink Software Support to see if your problem is addressed by one of the technical bulletins. We are only able to provide direct support for regsitered users of EyeThink Software version 7.2 and greater. If you are a registered user of EyeThink 7.2 or greater software and need help not covered by the technical bulletins, send a note to help@eyethinkcorp.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
