Technical Notes

Technical Note 500: Receiving "Unable to load Microsoft Excel Library" when starting Excelerator on Windows 95.
Technical Note 501: I clicked the Go or Preview button and no data was returned.
Technical Note 502: I clicked Connect&Go, but no experiment was created.
Technical Note 503: I launched Excelerator, and I received a message that says "Debug error."
Technical Note 504: Excelerator "crashes" on a random basis.

 

Software Requirements

PC Minimum: 133 MHz Pentium computer (Pentium I, II, or III). Windows 95/98 (64 MB RAM) or Windows NT/2000/XP (128 MB RAM). Microsoft Excel 97/2000/XP.

PC Minimum when using video capture: 600 MHz Pentium computer (Pentium I, II, or III). Windows 2000/XP (256 MB RAM). Microsoft Excel 97/2000/XP.

Mac Minimum: MacOS 8.6, 64MB RAM, 333MHz PowerPC G3 Processor. Microsoft Excel 98/2000/XP

Mac Recommended: MacOS 9.x, 128MB RAM, 500MHz PowerPC G3 Processor.

Mac Minimum when using video capture: Video does not work with version 8.3. Use version 7.1 for Mac.
