Technical Note 501

I clicked the Go or Preview button and no data was returned.

Solution:

501.1. Check your connections.

• Is the Status Light in the center of the interface front panel on or flashing? Refer to the label on the bottom of the interface.
• Is the Power Supply correctly plugged into a wall outlet?
• Is the interface connected to your computer with the Communications Cable, to the correct port?
• Are the probes correctly connected to the interface? Check the
  physical connections between the connector and jack.
• Do the software connections match the physical connections? In the menu bar of the Excelerator 2001 toolbar, click on Experiment, then View Configuration. Make sure that the diagram matches the physical connections.
• Do the probes selected in the experiment settings match the probes that are physically connected to the interface? Check your experiment settings in the Experiment Editor window.
